Bill Silasavage, recipient of the 2013 Mayor's Community Service Award Martin Rippel, recipient of the 2014 Mayor's Community Service Award for his work as the volunteer farmers' market manager for the past 2 years. John McCarty was presented with the 2015 Mayor's Community Service Award for his efforts to beautify the town  
Dave Cotner was given the 2016 Community Service Award for helping senior citizens and handling the festival main entertainment.
June Queen, 2017 recipient of the Mayor's Community Service Award for her work as chair of the Carroll Community Festival.
Stella Craig was given the 2018 Mayor's Community Service Award for all her work at the Civic Center for many years.
